A Telecom Utility Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment and systems. They ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. The following are some of the general duties and requirements for a Telecom Utility Supervisor.
Key Job Responsibilities-
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM & CM)
- Ensure effective and efficient Fuel Management at the site
- Monitor field Technician Activity.
- Ensure Site Uptime and TAT Compliance at the site
- Ensure Site Hygiene and Asset Management at site
- Ensure Compliance and Safety at Site
Job Requirements-
- Must hold a “Diploma Engineer” degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics & Communications / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation.
- Must have at least 6 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. (Preferably in the RJIL Domain)
- Must have a strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the telecommunications industry.
- Must have a valid driving license.
